Meteor Activity Outlook for 2-8 April 2016

During this period the moon reaches its new phase on Thursday April 7th. On that date the moon will be located near the sun and will not be visible at night. This weekend the waning crescent moon will rise during the early morning hours and will not pose any problems for viewing meteor activity as long as you keep the lunar glare out of your field of view.
